After upgrading today to the new fop version I get the following error while trying to build trunk/docbook/user-guide-a4* of the wireshark svn-source :

Can't think of much we can do about this downstream. I would suggest to bring this up on wireshark and perhaps fop mailing lists and then add the urls here. If you think there is something we can do wrt the ebuild please reopen.
