Before upgrade to netqmail, qmail has USE flag "logmail" which turned on
the qmail-logmail.patch. 

After upgrade to netqmail, this flag is gone as ability to log all mail.

Is it possible to add this USE flag and patch?

Nope, sorry. This ebuild *only* includes patches provided by upstream, and
will remain so. Use QMAIL_PATCH_DIR for everything else.
