I was going to work this out myself,but I cannot get it to work properly with
the gentoo-pid patch. 0.7beta provides some minor fixes and a neg_regex function
for logs which will be real handy.If someone can patch 0.7beta for a pid file,
I'd be grateful, I already have hacked up the ebuild for it.
