Attached is an updated darcs-1.0.9.ebuild which calls 'make installserver' if the 'cgi' USE flag is specified.

Please, elaborate something based on the ebuild in Bug 90207, Comment #2 if you are interested in this (preferably as a unified diff against current ebuild).
