Please find attached dev-python/pmwcontribd-2.0.2.ebuild.

PmwContribD Contributed Tk Mega-Widgets

This library consists of several Pmw-based Tkinter widgets including a ProgressMeter, basic TreeNavigator and a GUI application framework for creating simple GUI apps quickly.

Actually I wrote it as a required dependency for another new ebuild I am writing now.

I suggest dev-python/pmwcontribd.

Latest release in 2002, closing as the bug is really old and upstream does not
seem to work actively on that package anymore.
