When emerging kde-base/dcopperl (kde-base/dcopperl-3.5.6-r1) on amd64 there are collisions issues with dev-perl/DCOP (dev-perl/DCOP-0.036):

* checking 9 files for package collisions
existing file /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/x86_64-linux/auto/DCOP/.packlist is not owned by this package
* This package is blocked because it wants to overwrite
* files belonging to other packages (see messages above).
* If you have no clue what this is all about report it
* as a bug for this package on http://bugs.gentoo.org

Should be fixed as a side result of Bug 144277; please test. If the file is orphaned for you, you'll have to delete it anyway because the fix won't help.
