for the files dir.
Package is NOT x86 only, contrary to my KEYWORDS assertion. Ok, i checked in the ebuild to app-sci/clustalw. I added a license file: licenses/clustalw and edited the ebuild to point to it. I hope the section i included there actually IS the license. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I masked the ebuild for all archs. Please have a look and tell me if everything is ok, so I can unmask it. Your changes look real good. Thanks for the suggestion of license addition. You're more privy to the practice for licensing: tell me, is it fair to reference the license that's in the README in lieu of adding YAL (yet another license) to the /usr/portage/license directory? In the case that it's not, I'll append the only obvious reference to licensing that I found in the README, as an attachment. Created attachment 10184 [details]

possible license candidate file
Ok, changed the license according to your attachement. I think it's the normal process to add licenses to licenses. I unmasked it for x86. Closing this bug now. Thanks for your help! |
