Description James Rowe 2007-07-26 19:03:45 UTC
qlop -c shows the elapsed time for current phase of the build, not the
timings for the current build. I don't really see how this can be fixed
with the current method for calculating the build time, but perhaps it
should at least show the name of the build phase it is displaying so it
is less misleading.

My apologies if I'm missing something obvious, and this is in fact desired
behaviour. It just seems quite counter intuitive to me.

Thanks,

James

This is impossible with the way in which qlop detects Portage (via sandbox). Portage itself is hard to detect, unless it would expose itself through some means, which it doesn't.
