4.4.93 has been in portage for some time, and apparently didn't compile very
well.  4.4.94 was released some time ago, so this addresses that issue.  this
will not compile on sparc when -O3 is used in the cflags, so a replace-flags
parameter is in place to catch -O3 on sparc systems.  Otherwise, it appears to
compile.  all KEYWORDS have been set to the ~ unstable state until tests can be
verified on other archs.
