Made an ebuild for "pks", the OpenPGP key server.
This is just an initial release, the ebuild is NOT ready yet.
Further submissions are needed to make this a fully working package.

What works:
- builds cleanly

Bugs:
- some files are installed in the wrong place: 
-- ./var/lib/index.html
-- ./usr/share/pks_help.*
-- ./usr/share/mail_intro
- integration with web server is missing
- config routine is missing
- init script is missing

This thing is dead upstream, last release in February 2003

Sorry for the extra work.
I already did search for "pks" and "public key server"
but it didnt reveal bug #90718
