Ebuild should have XML::Parser installed. I got an error trying to build it and rebuilding XML::Parser (dev-perl/XML-Parser) fixed it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --sync
2. emerge -avt gnome-mag
3. fails with error about XML::Parser not found during build.



Expected Results:  
install ok.

DEPEND="dev-perl/XML-Parser" SHOULD FIX IT.
