after applying 90_all_200-uclibc-locale.patch cwchar header contains this snippet:

#if _GLIBCXX_HAVE_WCSFTIME
  using ::wcsftime;
#endif

i.e. it makes conditional using of wcsftime. BUT _GLIBCXX_HAVE_WCSFTIME is never defined! I guess it must be detected at ./configure time, but ucblic patch don't add detection procedure...
