TurboGears is already adapted to Python-2.5's elementtree.

Deps on elementtree and celementtree should be:
|| ( >=dev-lang/python-2.5 ( dev-python/elementtree dev-python/celementtree ) )

Note that main code is ready for built-in elementtree but setup.py and docs generation isn't yet.

Trying to get python 2.5 unmasked, removing this as blocker since this bug doesn't actually block anything.
