The 4349 drivers are out located at the above url. They apparently changed the
way it installs and now its a single file. It appears to have a little ncurses
gui. I'm not sure how an ebuild will be made of of this.

more info...if you run the file with the --extract-only option it extracts all the files needed and you don't need to use the little ncurses type thing. The source for the kernel module and all the opengl libraries are inside NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-4349/usr.
