sys-libs/libuser needs app-text/sgmltools-lite as dependency in ebuild ; it checks for it during compilation:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge libuser (having not sgmltools-lite emerged)

Actual Results:

sorry my big mistake
/usr/bin/sgml2txt is in app-text/linuxdoc-tools
I had it broken for some reasons
