This is confirmed. The bash variable in the shell doesn't get passed down to all the spawn calls within portage. However, this works: JDK_HOME=/opt/blackdown-jdk-1.3.1 ebuild php-4.1.2-r7.ebuild compile portage version 1.9.1 nevermind on comment #1, this seems to be an environment issue with blackdown-jdk matt, The last php issue was my fault. This one I know nothing about. But you and karltk are the two java people. I thought you might like a first crack at it? trolocsis, take care of this :) FIX: in portage/blackdown-jdk/files/blackdown-jdk-1.3.1 remove the ROOTPATH from ENV_VARS after merging blackdown, double check the environment variable with set|more and make sure the JAVA variables are setup. if not source /etc/profile. this should fix the problem. |
