This bug is a regression which is reported to have been fixed in a development snapshot. OpenOffice 2.2 should be masked until a fixed version is released.

No way; the previous versions have serious security issues, see Bug 181773.

Masking is not going to happen, for the reason already pointed out by Jakub. This is classic case of UPSTREAM
