i want to install Python bindings for kdelibs, and i know this should be named as pykde, like pyqt, i'm giving it a try and i got two search results, same description, same names, which one is pykde here ?

Both; that's the whole point; kde-base/pykde is the stuff shipped w/ KDE,  dev-python/pykde is upstream development package.
