Ebuild for QtEmu 1.0.4

Ebuild for QtEmu 1.0.4. Difference with the previously submitted ebuild for 1.0.4 is that this ebuild requires Qt 4.1 or higher, instead of Qt 4.2. This is because QtEmu has been patched to compile on lower versions.

A new ebuild using EAPI="1"-features and cmake. It also installs the help- and translation-files correctly.

The attached ebuild and the patch are now in the Gentoo Sunrise User Overlay.
