vmware-workstation-6.0.0.45731 ebuild has KEYWORDS="~amd64 ~x86" but it needs vmware-modules-1.0.0.16 that is masked.

under profile 2007.0

Reproducible: Always

i had to remove the ebuild (or change it) to 'emerge -pvu world' successfully

If you unmasked vmware-workstation, then kindly take care of unmasking the dependencies as well.

# Mike Auty <ikelos@gentoo.org> (24 Jun 2007)
# Masked for about a week, for testing
>=app-emulation/vmware-workstation-6
>=app-emulation/vmware-player-2
>=app-emulation/vmware-modules-1.0.0.16

well I have in /usr/portage/profiles/package.mask
>=app-emulation/vmware-workstation-6
>=app-emulation/vmware-player-2
>=app-emulation/vmware-modules-1.0.0.16

and I didn't unmask vmware-workstation by hand
