Upgrading apache from apache-2.2.4-r1 to apache-2.2.4-r7 results in the following error on the start of it,

* Starting apache2 ...
(99)Cannot assign requested address: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs                                                                                                                                                        [ !! ]
 * ERROR:  apache2 failed to start

The error is false. Port 80 is available. I reverted back to the first version and the problem went away.
