The openssl-libs doesn't support padlock by default. This could be added by some patch from http://www.logix.cz/michal/devel/padlock/. It would be nice, if this patch finds it's way into the ebuild.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
Low encryption performance with via C7 processors

Expected Results:  
Speed up encryption and hashing for C3 and new via C7 processors
