If I setup -qt-static the installation completes successfully but skype wont work.
The reason is that it requires qt4 components and libraries, but app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-qtlibs is qt3 based and doesn't contains all necessary components.
I have tried to copy all missing libraries (taken from some fedora RPM) in the skype working directory and it seems to be working... but that's not the way :)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. setup -qt-static in package.use, then setup ~amd64 in package.keywords
2. emerge -uN net-im/skype
3. it will never start

Actual Results:  
miserable failure :)

Expected Results:  
having app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-qtlibs based on qt4 ??
