I have small disk and I have a problems when portage do not clean downloaded packages after building successfully. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge enything

Actual Results:  
Files are in /usr/portage/distdir

Expected Results:  
Portage clean after itself

It's not supposed to do any such thing, would make lots of users very angry if they had to download the tarball everytime they need to re-emerge something.

Use eclean-dist from gentoolkit.
