Since net-ftp/proftpd-1.3.1_rc2-r2 the mod_sql is no longer authenticating. If I try to login, I get a "No such user found._" in the logs an a 530-error at the client. After downgrading to net-ftp/proftpd-1.3.1_rc2-r1 everything works as expected.

net-ftp/proftpd-1.3.1_rc2-r2 with mysql-Support
proftpd.conf:

Actual Results:  
Login with mysql-Backend
