The ckermit-8.0.211 ebuild actually builds ckermit version 8.0.209. The MY_P variable in the ebuild is set to cku209. If I change this manually to cku211 then ckermit 8.0.211 is actually emerged.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge ckermit
2.run ckermit
3.look at the version number in the banner it shows

Alex, your diagnosis is correct -- thanks for reporting.  The fix is in CVS as -r1.  I am also taking ownership of this package.
