the currently unmasked pysoulseek is not downloadable. Its no longer on the
upstream webpage and not on the gentoo mirrors... The 1.0.3 package seems to
work more or less...

alright. pysoulseek seems to be a moving target. i have no choice but to bump 1.0.3 to stable.
