I emerged rpm but failed at early stage (configuration stage, I guess).
The output was :
checking for C compiler default output file name... configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables
See `config.log' for more details.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
sudo emerge rpm
