are not well formated in html as :
&eacute; &egrave; &agrave; &acirc;
or with numbers as :
&#233; &#232; &#224; &#234; &#231;
in the french installation documentation pages.

There's no need to escape non-ascii characters in the Unicode world. Long live His Majesty UTF-8.
