When emerging subversion, portage complains of circular dependencies if "doc" is enabled as a USE flag.  Tested only on x86.  Emerge --sync did not repair this problem.  Note, this is on a fresh install and the bug was on one of subversion's early dependencies, but I'm not sure which one.  Re-adding "doc" later and re-emerging subversion did not have the same result.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. /etc/make.conf contains USE="doc"
2. emerge subversion



Expected Results:  
Properly compiled the program and its dependencies.

Maybe someone could have a look  if you at least pasted the emerge output. Otherwise, really hard to guess.
