In general, compiled Emacs Lisp is not expected to be compatible between versions 21 and 22. So as a first step, recompile your .emacs with Emacs 22. You may also consider to call "eselect emacs set emacs-21" and continue to use Emacs 21. Otherwise, I don't see what the Emacs team could do here. RESOLVED CANTFIX. |
