Description Benjamin Judas 2007-06-03 16:02:30 UTC
Building gcc-4.1.2 fails on exact the same position everytime I try to upgrade.
What I tried so far is:

- build with older gcc still installed (i.e. 3.4.6) -> no success
- monitor temperatures and currents -> everything in bounds
- run memtest -> no error after 8h

i see you're incorrectly using USE=hardened on a non-hardened profile

remove that from your USE flags and rebuild your current gcc and see if things still crash
