does it fail at the same spot everytime ?  what if you use USE='-fortran -gcj' ?

Yes, it fall always in the same place.. now i'll try with gcj disable

With gcj disabled compile fine..

if you install gcc-4.1.2 with USE=-gcj and then re-emerge gcc-4.1.2 with USE=gcj, does it work ?
