As evidenced in

http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1778
and
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1696

for some reason, submittions from some browsers (konquerer?) don't properly
line-break, making them very difficult to read.

Perhaps some logic that arbitrarily breaks on 72 chars, or watches for \r but
not \n (replace \r with \n and it breaks), etc...

I think we can deal with this or the users can learn to press enter.
