media-sound/mpd-0.13.0 fails to compile on a clean install if the mpd user is not created first.

Can be fixed in ebuild by moving the "enewuser mpd..." line to pkg_setup instead of calling it from pkg_postinst.

Other ebuilds seem to call this in pkg_setup (apache, pulseaudio).
