Here's an eselect module for managing all the various fontconfig config files in /etc/fonts/conf.avail

arches, please test and keyword ~arch across the board.  once it's keyworded i'll make it a RDEPEND of fontconfig.

m68k: could i get you to mark this ~m86k (or just let me know and i'll do it)
fbsd: i need this marked ~sparc-fbsd and ~x86-fbsd.

this brings it in line with fontconfig keywords.

added eselect-fontconfig to PDEPEND of fontconfig-2.5.0-r1.
