gnustep-base-1.6.0
gnustep-make-1.6.0

Be sure to bump the DEPENDS in each of them too.  GNUstep stuff is VERY picky
about which versions it is built with.

I added an ebuild for gnustep-make-1.6.0 to bugzilla (Bug # 18280).  I was hoping someone could test it out.  I have ebuilds that I've used successfully for the latest stable versions of gnustep-base, gnustep-back, and gnustep-gui.  I can add those soon, but I was hoping that since the gnustep-make ebuild was my first ebuild ever someone would test it out before I submitted the rest of them.

Remaining files added to 18280 to keep them all in one place because they were released together.  Marked as a dependency.
