Description Andre Hinrichs 2007-05-13 17:28:14 UTC
I often recognize that a package, that has been marked stable is not on the list of stable packages (e.g. http://packages.gentoo.org/archs/x86/stable/).
This happens when this package has been marked stable for another arch afterwards at the same day.
For me this is anoying, since when I start my system at evening I look into this list and decide, if a sync is needed. But especially important fixes are very often marked stable for many arches at the same day and I can't see them then.

Please fix.

I would need for you to provide an example please.
Comment 2 Andre Hinrichs 2007-05-13 20:01:56 UTC
Sure.

Current example is mysql-5.0.40

It has been marked stable for ppc64 and afterwards for x86.

Thus, it's listed here:
http://packages.gentoo.org/archs/x86/stable/

But not here: http://packages.gentoo.org/archs/ppc64/stable/

Hope, this helps...

The new packages.g.o makes this moot.
