As one of the view people who use epiphany for a web browser, I've changed most of my gecko-based apps to use xulrunner.  The current devhelp, however only supports Seamonkey and Firefox.  I don't use/have those browsers and don't want to have them installed just to use devhelp if I don't have to.

I created this patch and it works for me, however I may have broken something else in the process ;-)

Fixed.  I also change the use flags to match the rest of gnome: xulrunner -> xulrunner, -xulrunner seamonke -> seamonkey, -xulrunner -firefox -> firefox.
