The list of "Project & Subproject channels" in irc.xml starts in alphabetical order (#gentoo-apache .. #gentoo-vps), followed by the rest of the channels in (as it seems) random order.

(And while you're at it, there is a spurious quotation mark after #gentoo-vbox.)

Please submit a patch. infra is overworked and understaffed. Any help with these trivial things such as alphabetical ordering would be helpful.
