Many sites have accessibility features, accesskey option of INPUT tag is one of them. Before version 2.* of firefox, one could specify a quick access key for the INPUT tag. Then visitors could use Alt+<key> shortcut to activate defined in this manner inputs. Since 2.* version Alt+<key> shortcuts doesn't work anymore.
I also wasn't able to find anything on this matter neither in Firefox's help nor in the web.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit some site, I'm using http://lingvo.yandex.ru/ --- it has accesskey='s' option for the main search input;
2. Make sure you have English layout activated (Firefox has problems with shortcuts in non-English layouts);
3. Make sure, that search input is not active (just click somewhere on the screen outside the input);
4. Press Alt+S combination. Nothing happens.

Actual Results:  
Accessibility extensions (keyboard shortcuts) are not working.

Expected Results:  
Working shortcuts. If they are defined and working, then update the manual accordingly.

That's an upstream thing anyway.
