Description Toralf Förster gentoo-dev 2007-05-07 19:31:10 UTC
Although this works :
$>watch grep \"cpu MHz\" /proc/cpuinfo

I'm wondering whether it's a bug or a feature that

$>watch grep "cpu MHz" /proc/cpuinfo

works only 1 time resulting in the error :
grep: MHz: No such file or directory

Reproducible: Always

limitation in the code ... it takes your arguments and passes it popen() and does not requote them
Comment 2 Toralf Förster gentoo-dev 2007-05-08 08:01:13 UTC
I asked the mailing list procps-feedback@lists.sourceforge.net for this.
