Can't reproduce. Sure /var/tmp/portage/kde-misc/kdirstat-2.4.4 was clean? (In reply to comment #3) > Can't reproduce. Sure /var/tmp/portage/kde-misc/kdirstat-2.4.4 was clean? > #rm -R /var/tmp/portage/kde-misc/kdirstat-2.4.4 #emerge kdirstat leads to the same result kde-misc/styleclock-0.5.1 fails in exactly the same way kde-misc/styleclock-0.5.1 works just fine for me, too. Is it possible to log all commands executed by portage so one could see where the problem comes from? Yes: emerge --debug =kde-misc/styleclock-0.5.1 >styleclock-debug.log 2>&1 But before you torture us with the output (take a look at it and you'll know what I mean :) ), please update your system to the latest versions (you're using unstable anyway :-) ), run revdep-rebuild from gentoolkit, try emerging styleclock again and if it still fails, post the result of "emerge -pv =kde-misc/styleclock-0.5.1". It still fails update and revdep-rebuild, I'll sync again today and update KDE to 3.5.7 but I dont think that will help. emerge -pv =kde-misc/styleclock-0.5.1 These are the packages that would be merged, in order: Calculating dependencies... done! [ebuild N ] kde-misc/styleclock-0.5.1 USE="xinerama -arts -debug" 0 kB Total: 1 package (1 new), Size of downloads: 0 kB Any news on your test with 3.5.7? still the same problem with 3.5.7 for both cf. comment 8. Please re-open when you have more information. |
