fluxbox-generate_menu doesn't find icons in release 1.0rc3

Something seems to be wrong with the icon paths.
I had to add one line from the old paths.

Thanks to your bug report, this has been fixed in upstream's SVN, and I have added upstream's patch to fluxbox-1.0_rc3-r2
