app-admin/localepurge-0.5.3.3.3 seems to be stable on ppc.

Two small notes:
1. man page does not cover -l option
2. english config file needs grammar editing (to look professional)  ;)

I like it, nice work.

Resolving "WONTFIX", because I have thrown out my ppc and don't care anymore, and it doesn't seem that anybody else does either.
