With expat-2.0.1 being stabilized for Bug 187730, this really needs to be fixed. Which 32-bit binary package? None of them. As it stands right now, all of our 32-bit libraries are in sync. If we were to update expat here, we would have to rebuild all of the others, as mentioned in comment #2, which is completely unnecessary. There's no need to upgraded expat until there's a security vulnerability that requires it or binary packages requiring it. I just don't see the advantage of recompiling all of these packages with little to no gain. |
