The standard ebuild works fine to build and install this package. The only issue is the depends. From the README: Required Packages for Building GnoTime ====================================== Besides the 'usual' Gnome2 development packages, the following are some of the packages required to build GnoTime: -- libguile-dev -- libgtkhtml2-dev -- docbook-utils (to build the documents subdirectory) Created attachment 12660 [details]
GnoTime Ebuild
Here's an ebuild I whipped up real quick for an install on my own machine.
the specified src_compile and src_install functions are redundant. also have a look at using the gnome2 eclass, as depending on the gnome-meta package is illegal under the ebuild creation policy. also is there a reason you've specified X and gnome under IUSE? neither of these is tested in the ebuild. thanks, Mike. please someone add this soon .. i need it ;) forgot to close this, this is in, thanks for reporting. |
