net-dialup/xl2tpd-1.1.08 builds and functions correctly for me on x86.  Please consider keywording it stable on x86.

I'm available if any further information or testing is needed; feel free to ask.

I've just bumped xl2tpd and realized the only difference between the 08 and 09 is a string constant (see bug 174281). Therefore, I replaced the old versions with the 1.1.09.

Please mark xl2tpd-1.1.09 as stable.
