if I want to install kdm first I got
# emerge kdm
Calculating dependencies /
emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy "=kde-base/kdelibs-3.5.5-r50".

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge kdm with kdelibs older than r7
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
doesn't update kdelibs so installation breaks down

Expected Results:  
update kdelibs
