Ebuild fails because of dmake not being installed, but it is not llisted as a
dependency

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge openoffice
2. emerge dmake
3. emerge openoffice (still fails for me, but it does use dmake)

Actual Results:  
Compile failure, but no longer complaining about dmake not being installed

Expected Results:  
Same

dmake is part of OOo
